The share capital of Alive Capital S.A. is wholly owned by Omnia Capital B.V., a private investment holding company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
In 2026, after several years of shared ownership, Alive Capital returned to full ownership under Omnia Capital B.V., marking the beginning of a new strategic chapter focused on regional expansion, infrastructure investments and long-term value creation.
Founded by Giacomo Billi in 2022, Omnia Capital B.V. pursues long-term investments in sectors with strong growth potential, including renewable energy, energy infrastructure, energy supply, real estate, finance, hospitality and technology-driven businesses.
