Alive Capital is a Romanian company founded in 2013, by specialists with decades of experience in the electricity business. We started initially with the objective to provide integrated management services to renewable energy producers in Romania.
Since 2016, the company is licensed by Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) as a supplier of electricity, we are now present and fully operational on most important central markets managed by the national operator OPCOM: DAM (Day-Ahead Market), CM-OTC (Centralized Market with Double Continuous Negotiation for Electricity Bilateral Contracts), CMBC-EA-flex (Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts – Extended Auction Mechanism and products that ensure the flexibility of trading), CMBC-CN ( Centralized Market for Electricity Bilateral Contracts – Continuous Negotiation Mechanism) as well as on the European Energy Exchange EEX and the Romanian Commodities Exchange BRM.
Today, Alive Capital has become a reference on the Romanian market in terms of high standards and efficiency of the services we offer to renewable sources electricity producers, as well as others customers.
The quality of the management system, together with business and management consulting, energy supply, are aligned with our operational standards and we hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

Our vision is to be recognised as the best provider of asset management services company for renewable energy producers and being their first choice.
We are focused to grow our asset under management portfolio up to 1,000 MW power installed.
