Alive Capital is a natural gas supplier, licensed in this domain by the Romanian Energy Regulatory Authority through License no. 2297/04.09.2019 since 2019.
If during the year 2019, the company’s activity was mainly oriented towards natural gas trading operations, starting with 2020, our efforts are also focused on the service of supplying natural gas to end users.

- Consultancy and pre-contractual assistance: our team will be at your disposal in order to help you understand the natural gas market and to make a decision being aware of the cause; the savings are obtained from the moment you understand the trend and the realities of the market.
- Consumption profiling: starting from an analysis of the distribution of natural gas consumption, we will be able to offer a product as reasonable as possible; a correctly chosen product generates benefits from the first contractual day;
- Preparation of the documents for changing the supplier: our team will provide the support for changing the supplier, according to the regulations in force; simple and fast, without bureaucracy for the client;
- Managing the relationship with the Distribution and Transport Operator: our company will conclude the distribution contract with the natural gas distribution infrastructure operator in the area where the consumption place is located, respectively the gas transport contract through the National Transport System;
- Notification of scheduled interruptions and damages: we ensure prompt information of consumers about possible interruptions in the supply of natural gas due to maintenance or damage works on distribution networks;
- Management of complaints/denunciations: our team will ensure the timeliness resolution of complaints regarding performance standards or meter reading errors;
