Alive Capital successfully concluded the private placement of bonds started on 23.11.2020, at the maximum proposed value of 10 million lei, bonds issued with a maturity of 36 months and a fixed annual interest of 8%, payable semi-annually, the maturity being in 2023.
In this process, Alive Capital was assisted by Intercapital Invest as a consultant authorized by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, a company with a presence in the Romanian financial market for over 20 years.
