Alive Energy S.R.L., company from the Alive group, has acquired in 2021 the Varo Future Development PV Plant, with an installed power of 2.2 MW.
The park has been operational since 2013 and is located in the Southeastern part of Romania, occupying an area of 39,897 square meters.
